Menu Design

Harry's Bar wanted a fresh design for the launch of their delicious new menu, in a similar style to some work I'd done for the bar previously. They serve up some seriously hearty portions of ridiculously good food and I felt it important the menu design reflected the care that goes into every dish. We decided a square shaped menu would work really well: it's something a bit different from the typical rectangular menu and isn't as prone to falling over if left standing on a table, it doesn't take up too much room, meaning more space for their delicious food and it doesn't feel overwhelming like a lot of really large menus that seem to be popular currently. Harry's is a really friendly little place where everyone's made to feel at home which I wanted to reflect in the menu. A square also compliments Harry's circular logo, allowing it to really fill the space on the front and is reminiscent of vinyl records, a fitting nod to the decor and vibe of the bar which is also a popular gig venue.
